Benefits of Cycling


If you do not have time to exercise then cycling. Especially now being intensively incessant go green slogan, a slogan that aims to reduce pollution from motor vehicles to cycling to leave the place of work. By cycling every day will train our breath to breathe much longer compared to people who are not cycling, cycling is more effective and beneficial than aerobic exercise and more fun.

Cycling is one form of exercise is most effective and inexpensive way to reach a costly health. For example, cycling and reduce the risk of heart attack, high blood pressure, and diabetes, that's why cycling is very useful and is one way to live a healthy life.

Biking can also reduce the stress that happens when we work, because the liver can soothe and relax your tired body from working. Could reduce fuel usage and also can avoid the congestion on the road.


In addition to health, cycling can also give the sensation of freshness. When we travel to a place by bicycle, it can make it more close to nature.


I've experienced cycling with the campus community to a variety of attractions, one of which the Baron Beach in Gunung Kidul, Sermo Reservoir in Kulonprogo, and Kali Gendol all comes down from Mount Merapi is located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia
